Most small business sites fail at the same point

They describe the business instead of answering the question the customer typed. Someone searching for a plumber in their town is not looking for a company history: they want to know that you cover their area, that you can come this week, and how to reach you in one tap. A site that buries those three things behind a slideshow is a site that loses the call.

We measure before we write

Before a single line of copy exists we check what people actually search in your area, how many of them there are, and how hard each phrase is to reach. Then the pages get written on those phrases. It sounds obvious and almost nobody does it, which is why so many small business websites read beautifully and rank nowhere.

Your Google listing counts as much as the site

For a local business the Google business listing often brings more calls than the website itself. It is free, and in most cases it is half filled in: wrong hours, no services, three photos from 2019. We set it up properly as part of the job, because sending people to a site while your listing is a mess is like opening a shop and leaving the sign off.

One price, written down

€1,490 once and €149 a month, the same whether you are a plumber or a dental practice. Custom quotes mostly exist so the price can move when you look like you can pay more. With one price the only real question left is whether a website solves your problem at all, and sometimes it does not. We say so.
