This page explains, without the usual legal detours, what data we collect and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
Who handles your data
The data controller is GetCalls. You can write to hello@getcalls.io for any request, including deletion.
What this website collects
This website is made of static pages. It has no forms, no private area and no shopping cart. We do not use profiling cookies, there is no advertising and there is no third-party tracking. Our fonts are hosted on our own domain so that loading them does not send your IP address to another company.
Like any website, the server records the minimum request data needed for technical and security purposes: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. We use this to keep the site running and protect it from abuse, not to profile anyone.
When you contact us
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process what you send us: your business name, where you are, what you do and your contact details. We use it to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work and issue the invoice. We do not sell this data, give it to third parties for commercial purposes or use it to send you advertising.
WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp's servers. The company providing the WhatsApp service to you depends on where you are, and WhatsApp has its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, email works just as well: you can find both on the contact page.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people who do not become clients for as long as it takes to reply, and not much longer. Client data is kept for as long as the law requires for tax documents. Technical server logs are automatically deleted after a few weeks.
Where it goes
The website is published on Cloudflare's network. Email and conversations pass through the providers of those services. We do not use any other tools that collect data about you.
What you can ask
You can ask what data we have, ask us to correct or erase it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to hello@getcalls.io and we will reply within thirty days. If you think we are handling your data incorrectly, you can contact the data protection authority in the country where you live.
You see the site before you pay
Send us your business name and where you are. We tell you for free how people find you today and whether you need this at all. When you do, we build the first version and send you the live link.
