In short: this website does not use profiling cookies and has no advertising. We count visits with a statistics tool that uses no cookies and saves nothing in your browser. That is why you do not see a pop-up asking you to accept anything.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website can save in your browser. Some help the website work. Others can recognise you and follow you from one website to another to show you advertising. The second kind requires your consent; the first does not.
Which cookies this website uses
No profiling cookies. The pages are static and do not save anything in your browser to recognise you. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, no embedded maps and no third-party widgets.
Our fonts are also hosted on our own domain instead of an external service. We chose this deliberately, because loading them from elsewhere would send your IP address to another company without you asking for it.
Visit statistics
Since 22 September 2026 we have counted visits with Umami, a statistics tool installed on a server of ours (stats.edelmasche.com). It uses no cookies and writes nothing to your browser. It tells us which page is opened, including its title and URL parameters, where the visit comes from, the approximate country, region and city, the language, the browser, the operating system, the type of device and the screen size. Your IP address is used to work out the approximate location and to tell one visit from another, but it is not saved.
If we ever use something that requires consent, you will see the request and will be able to say no while continuing to use the website.
How to delete cookies
Every browser lets you see and delete saved cookies, usually from its privacy settings. That applies to every website, not just this one.
Everything else we process is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We also count contact clicks and email draft openings, without recording names, telephone numbers or message contents in analytics. A click is not a received enquiry.
You see the site before you pay
Send us your business name and where you are. We tell you for free how people find you today and whether you need this at all. When you do, we build the first version and send you the live link.
